Next class won't be until 2 weeks from today because our instructor will be out of town. But it's perfect because she told us to practice because the next class will consist of us decorating a cake and fill it by ourselves. We were taught that today, but it wasn't hands on. I'm so excited! Let's see what I come up with next week!

Hello Wife. Cake class is awesome! We're learning so much and I can't believe we're down to our last class! Can't wait to start the Flower and Design class!!!!
When my kids get back into school I was thinking about taking a cake deco class or some kind of cooking class. I have always wanted to learn to cook Chinese food, mostly because I LOVE it...lol...great looking cookies, can't wait to see what you do next.
