All Occasions Cake Art Card

Hi everyone! Yes, I know two days in a row?? Posts? lol! I told you my scrap mojo is coming back! Today, I was able to make a card with the Martha Stewart All Occassions Cake Art Cartridge! I took pictures of the steps I used! I was feeling really Martha Stewart-y (lol), so I decided to play with some of her goodies today! :o)

First I want to share with you the images the cartridge contains:

I decided to make the little birdie just because I thought he was way too cute to pass up. I cut the birdie in pink and the branch in craft paper. I believe the cutting size was 3.8.

I liked the idea of using the kraft paper for the branch because it looks so "woody," if you know what I mean. I then was able to apply glue on the leaves and add on some Martha Stewart Flocking Powder in the "Fennel" color.

It gives a velvety feeling (if that's even a word) lol.

I let it dry and then finished off my card with some ribbon and with a DCWV Whimsy Cardstock page cut on my Cricut Imagine with the default images that it has. I cut it at 4.5. Of course I had to add some bling and a cute handstamp sentiment! :o)

I hope this motivates you to play with your cartridges more often! I get home really excited thinking about what cartridge I'm going to use next!

Thanks for stopping by and as always...

Happy Scrapping!!
