Flocking Powders Extravaganza!

So, finally, it's the day before my surgery. I'm dying right now! lol! I can't eat anything until after the surgery! I'm hungry! Grr! lol! Oh well, let it all be for the best! Thank you all for the prayers! I appreciate it so very much and I can't thank you enough for all the sweetness you all give me!

Today I did some errands and some cleaning. I woke up at 6:30am and did some blog hopping. Then I took a shower, went to Joann's bought some tweezers that I will be returning because I found better ones at Michael's. Then I went to Target to pick up my medication that I need to take (in about an hour). I got some clearanced gift bags and tissue paper (you know you always needs some of that) and I also got some clearanced Easter Stickers. Which is funny because little do they know I will BARELY be scrapping my Easter pictures! HAHAHA! Jokes on them! After that I went to Burlington Coat Factory (met my mom there) and then to MJM Shoes, where my mom got me some AWESOME shoes. After that we went our seperate ways. I went to Beverly's (found nothing there) and then I went to Michael's! There I found an amazing sale! I found the Martha Stewart Flocking Powder for $1.99!!!! Yup! Normally $5! Can you believe it!?!? So of course I got ALL the colors available!

All 11 colors and my new Making Memories Tweezers!
After that I came home did some chores around the house and rested. Now I'm starving!! Grr! I have to stop thinking about it. I was able to scrap a little (to get my mind off things) Here's what I made:

Yes, the leaves are covered in my new Flocking Powder!
Well, thanks for stopping by! Tomorrow is the big day! I will be taking my laptop with me! So I hope to see your stuff from the hospital. God Bless!

Happy Scrapping!

These are just too adorable! I love the chick magnet!! He looks like he's saying (in my best DeNiro impression) "You looking at me?" I hope you are resting and that your surgery went well, Nati. Feel better soon :)

What a fun LO for your pup! Have fun with your flocking powders. Looks like a fun technique, but I've not done much with it, just a little on one LO. I've got some tweezers from EK Success that I use all the time. Don't know what I did before I had them! LOL!
